In this session, Jason Ott of Empowered Prevention will discuss how food is used medically to help people get and stay well and the power food has on preventing disease. You’ll learn the best foods for living longer and boosting your immune system as well as tips for incorporating small changes in your daily life that take little time but make a big impact.
